  1. Customers may request a refund for Fiber Pots purchased from Deesha Creation within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. To be eligible for a full refund, the returned product must be in good condition, with no damage or signs of wear and tear.
  3. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase.
  4. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Customers have the option to cancel their order within 1 day from the date of purchase.
  2. To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team via email or phone with their order details.
  3. Orders can only be canceled if the manufacturing process has not started. Once the manufacturing process begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
  4. If the order is successfully canceled, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

  1. At present, there are no non-refundable items or services offered by Deesha Creation.
